If you are not on the list
Ring us anyway. The list is where we work most weeks, not a fence. If you are a little outside it we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you reliably — and if we cannot, we will say so.
We would rather turn down a referral than accept one and then cancel shifts. Someone waiting at home for support that does not arrive is the worst thing this sector does.
Why a list and not a map
A shaded blob tells you nothing. A list tells you in five seconds whether we come to your street, and it works on a slow connection and with a screen reader.
